“I left Loreto in 1999 but I never really left behind what it taught me — to see people, to serve, and to think about the broader community. Everything since has been an extension of that. Being back feels like home.”
Boitumelo’s career began at IQ Business, where Corporate Social Investment work — organising youth camps and community initiatives — revealed her calling for youth development. That commitment continued at the Production Technologies Association of South Africa (PtSA), championing students training as Toolmakers, and has now evolved into The Worth of Life Foundation (W.O.L.F.), where she serves as CEO. Holding a BCom Informatics from the University of Pretoria and a Project Management qualification, she leads the Alumni Committee’s Mentorship & Youth portfolio — translating two decades of youth development experience into structured mentorship programmes that connect established Loreto graduates with emerging leaders.
